A Safe Space for Healing and Post-Traumatic Growth
Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, and you may be feeling uncertain or carrying experiences that are difficult to put into words.
At Wright TherapEase, you will be met with warmth, empathy, and respect in a safe space where you can feel heard, respected, and supported at your own pace.
I offer person-centred, trauma-informed counselling for adults and teens, providing a supportive online space to explore difficult experiences such as trauma, domestic abuse, and sexual violence.
Counselling with me is collaborative and led by you. My role is to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences and support your journey towards healing, resilience, and post-traumatic growth.
At Wright TherapEase, I offer a calm, confidential space where you can begin to explore and make sense of your experiences at your own pace. My work is trauma-informed, meaning I’m sensitive to the impact of trauma and committed to helping you feel safe and in control throughout our sessions. My aim is to offer warmth, empathy, and respect as we work together at your pace, helping you reconnect with your sense of self and move toward greater calm and clarity.
Currently, I offer online sessions, giving you flexibility and comfort to engage in therapy from your own space, wherever you are.

My therapeutic experience includes working with adults and young people who have faced a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. I have supported individuals affected by trauma, domestic abuse, and sexual violence, as well as those experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and the ongoing impact of difficult life experiences.
I work in a person-centred and trauma-informed way, placing the therapeutic relationship at the heart of the work. I aim to offer a space that feels safe, calm, and respectful, where you can explore your experiences without pressure or judgement.
Through my experience, I understand that everyone’s journey is different. I work at a pace led by you, gently supporting reflection, understanding, and post-traumatic growth, as you move towards greater resilience and self-compassion.

I am a qualified counsellor working in a person-centred, trauma-informed way, supporting adults and young people with a range of emotional and psychological difficulties.
